For a lot of agents, the question of how to grow our businesses and take care of our family comes up and oftentimes we question whether we need to choose between the two.
As humans, we are wired to always want to strive for more when it comes to our businesses.
How can we balance working hard and being content with where we are as well as being there to serve our family? Do we always need to strive for more? What does finding contentment in the grind actually mean?
In this episode, North Carolina realtor Cole Ordiway joins me to talk about his experience as someone relatively new to the real estate space and how he grows his business and takes care of his family.

An intentional yet kind individual, Cole Ordiway loves helping people. His years in high school education provide a platform to educate and walk alongside homeowners and homebuyers through the ever-changing real estate market in the mountains of Western North Carolina.
He and his wife moved from rural northwestern PA in 2016 to chase the beauty and adventure of the mountains; they stayed because of the people, culture, and climate of the area. They absolutely love the mountains and specifically, Hendersonville where they reside with their two kids, Eden and Shepherd. When he's not helping buyers & sellers with their needs, Cole is found hanging out with his family, hiking, mountain biking, and being outdoors as much as possible.
He truly cares about the person (or family) and recognizes that each situation is different. Today might not be the time to buy or sell, but tomorrow might be, and he will be there to educate and to guide you every step of the way.
